NorCal Solar Cleaning provides professional cleaning of solar panels for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The scope of services will be outlined in a quote or agreement prior to commencement.

2. Appointments and Access

  • Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property and solar panels at the scheduled time.

  • Any delay in access may result in rescheduling and additional fees.

  • If roof access is required, the client must ensure safe access is available.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of [insert amount].

  • Solar Shine Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Inform us of any specific access instructions, hazards, or concerns in advance.

6. Liability

  • NorCal Solar Cleaning is insured and takes every precaution to avoid damage. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to solar panels or roofing structures.

  • Damage resulting from improper installation or defects in the solar system.

  • Clients must inform us of any structural issues or fragile areas on the property.

7. Weather and Safety

  • Services may be postponed due to unsafe weather conditions (rain, high winds, etc.).

  • Safety is our priority. We reserve the right to pause or cancel service if the site is deemed unsafe.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve your concerns.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Any personal information collected is used solely for service delivery and customer communication.

  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

10. Amendments
