Refund Policy
Refund Policy – NorCal Solar Cleaning
At NorCal Solar Cleaning, we are committed to delivering high-quality solar panel cleaning services and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can review and resolve the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to revisit your property and re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost, provided your concern is valid and directly related to the service performed.

Refunds are generally not offered once a service has been completed, as cleaning is a labor-based service and time and resources are already committed. However, in cases where we are unable to perform the scheduled service due to our own fault—such as staff absence, equipment failure, or scheduling errors—a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.

If a cancellation is made by the customer at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, no charges will apply, and any prepayments will be refunded in full. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, and any refund will be issued minus that fee. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments where the customer failed to provide access to the property or failed to inform us of important conditions that prevent safe or effective service.
In the event of poor weather or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, and payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued upon request.

Please note that NorCal Solar Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or system malfunctions unrelated to our work. Refunds will not be issued for problems that fall outside the scope of our cleaning service.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at (530) 905-2409, and we will respond within 2 business days. Each refund request is handled on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision rests with NorCal Solar Cleaning management.
